Welcome to Tic Tac Tesseract, operated by Dad & Dudes Games, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company").

This policy covers Tic Tac Tesseract. Tic Tac Tesseract: Campaign adds optional accounts, cloud save, online multiplayer and leaderboards, so it is covered by a separate privacy policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and game applications. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 No Accounts, No Sign-In

This game has no accounts and no sign-in of any kind. There is nothing to register for, no username or password, and no option to connect a Google, Apple, or social account. We never ask you to identify yourself, and we have no way to do so.

There is also no online multiplayer and no cloud save. All play is local to your device.

2.2 Error Tracking (Sentry)

We use Sentry for error tracking and crash reporting. When an error occurs in the game, we automatically collect:

• Error messages and stack traces
• Browser/device type and operating system version
• Game state at the time of the error (technical debugging only)

This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. We do not use this information for any other purpose, analytics, or marketing.

2.3 Local Storage

We store your game preferences and progress locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB). This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Includes game settings, preferences, and single-player game history
• Is completely under your control — you can clear it anytime

2.4 What We DO NOT Collect

• No personal data. We don't collect your name, address, email, phone number, or demographic information.
• No behavioral tracking. We don't track which features you use, how long you play, or your gameplay patterns.
• No advertising data. We don't use cookies or tracking pixels for ads or marketing.
• No analytics. We don't use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar services to track user behavior.
• No third-party integrations. We don't share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.

Sentry Error Tracking

Crash reports and errors are sent to Sentry for debugging. Sentry is operated by Functional Software, Inc. and is subject to their Privacy Policy. We configure Sentry to:

• Exclude personally identifiable information from error reports
• Not store personally identifiable information longer than necessary
• Use HTTPS for all data transmission

We protect your data through:

• HTTPS encryption: Crash reports are transmitted over an encrypted connection
• Nothing to breach: We hold no accounts and no personal data, so there is none to expose
• No unnecessary data retention: We don't store data longer than necessary for the purposes described above

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because we hold no accounts and no personal data, most of these rights have nothing to act on — there is no profile to access, correct, export, or delete. Your game data lives only on your device, and clearing the app's storage erases it completely.

• Right to access / rectification / portability / deletion: We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to return, correct, export, or erase
• Right to object: Crash reporting has no in-app toggle at present. Because crash reports are not linked to you and contain no personal data, they cannot be traced back to an individual to remove. If you would prefer the game send nothing at all, please contact us at the address below.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because this game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no way to enter personal information, there is no mechanism by which a child could provide us with any. If we become aware that we have somehow received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

For users aged 13-18 (minors), we provide the same privacy protections as for adults and comply with additional safeguards required by law.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. Our game uses only:
